The Victoria Hockey Club of Montreal was an amateur ice hockey club originating between 1874 - 1881. They would win the Stanley Cup in 1895 and would hold it until 1899 (except for 1896). They would become the first winner of the Allan Cup and continued to play until 1939, when it folded after its 65th season.
 
They had a few different versions of the simple V which stood for their name - this version is the most modern/symmetrical of the designs.
